Nice apartment in a great location. Serene neighborhood and great security especially during the student beach weekend. Intenet service was however poor with no connectivity halfway through our stay. I will still recommend it though.

Great location if you are looking for a place at the oceanfront. The homes are very well built and gorgeous inside and out. All top notch appliances and amenities inside makes our stay very enjoyable and relaxed like you are at home. Also they are very nice and easy people to work with very professional and laid back and on top of any question or concern you have.

Townhouse we rented on 22nd Street was beautiful and very clean. Great location to walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay for your beach vacation! We just returned from a week long stay and loved every minute!! You're close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and anything else you can imagine. The home we stayed in was immaculate and beautifully decorated! Lots of space, a gorgeous kitchen and balconies for everyone to relax and read a good book! Caroline was our concierge and absolutely amazing! She was there for us at any time we needed help with anything and had answers for us very quickly! Sheppard answered any questions from day one of booking the home. We also were able to meet her husband and their gorgeous dog, who our kids loved! Another plus, the kids LOVED the house and had so much fun!! (Great place for hide and seek! lol) If you're someone who loves attention to details when on vacation, you will not be disappointed. Don't think twice about booking any of their homes at this location in VA Beach! It's well worth it!!
