Capelli Salon

First time client and had an appointment with Audra, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one acknowledged me. All Audra was doing was gossiping with her previous client which she had already finished with her. Audra was the one who made my appointment so she knew I was there. Then Russell came over and said he would take care of me. Audra left for the day. That was my good luck! Russell did a fantastic job on my hair! I will go back because of him. Audra did not even apologize or even make eye contact with me and I was the only one in the waiting area.

I have been coming here to get my haircut for the past few years and I always leave happy. The customer service is amazing and my stylist (Leslie) always keeps notes or remembers the little details that I prefer. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that is in need of a stylist.

I love Capelli Salon! I always have a wonderful experience when I go. Leslie is my stylist and she has always done a wonderful job on my hair. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

When a woman goes to the salon they want to be pampered and relax but that wasn’t the case during my visit. One of the stylist had their baby with them. While I understand the need to care for your child I don’t find it logical to have them with you at your place of employment. It wasn’t relaxing hearing a child cry during my 2 hour appointment. Hopefully this isn’t the case all the time but if so I will not be returning.

Capelli Salon is the most professional yet laid back salon I have ever worked for. Capelli has an amazing environment full of wonderful people. Every stylist is well educated and very talented. When you come to Capelli you are not only a valued customer but you are a part of our family. It is such a blessing being apart of the Capelli team!!!
