Sephora

Cashier who rung me up overcharged me for eyeshadow primer and foundation. When I asked her to get the manager, she just straight-up gave me an attitude and refused. I didn't get the products I wanted, so I turned around and left.

9/27/2017 was my first visit to Sephora. My first stop was to ask if anyone was available for a foundation match and there was only one girl on the floor at the time with two people so I decided to come back later. When I went back I walked in and went straight to the cashier section and asked if anyone was available to match my skin tone. She directed me to a booth and after explaining I've never been she hooked me up with a color specialist. Kacee was magnificent! She found two foundations, a primer, and a concealer that all worked for me. She was super pleasant and encouraged me to come back and talk to their skin care department, which I will. She sent me home with free samples of each product we tried and showed me step by step how best to apply the makeup. I am so, so thankful for her patience and for her explanations of every product! I'll definitely be going back. 4/5 stars because although it was great, it did take longer than I anticipated. But it wasn't a big deal.

Went to this store on 7/16/17 & it started off as pretty good experience. The lady that helped was friendly & matched my tone to a few different products. I was excited to try Sephora since this was my first experience. I stood in line as the second person for 15-20 mins. The cashier was chatting to a customer for like what seemed forever. Then, the lady that helped me was just walking around not doing anything. Another lady on the floor came to the back of our line & helped the person at the END. Not the person at the front who had been waiting the longest.. I laid my stuff down and walked out & went to another place that sells the same products & was lovely to work with.

Super rude! Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a sephora! They act so condescending !! When you walk in they ignore you completely!

Staff is somewhat knowledgeable and I appreciate that they give customers the freedom to shop.
