PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE The manager was rude because I requested a bag for my purchase after his clerk completed my purchase without asking if I needed a bag. I stated I don’t carry cash (their ATM hasn’t worked since I moved to the neighborhood in November 2017) and they refused to just forgo the 5 cents stating it’s the law. I requested a full refund for my purchase. As we had this discussion I watched 5 patrons purchase alcohol without being ID. I made the manager aware of the ID law they weren’t honoring. He called me rich (as an insult). I stated my wealth has nothing to do with your clerks incompetence or your rude behavior! He was still trying to figure out how to void a transaction on his equipment as I called Charles Schwab Visa to cancel/dispute the charge! Taking my business to Eye Street Cellers!

Owner was extremely rude. I asked if they sold something and he said no. The other gentleman there quickly stepped in to help me find what I need. Owner kept being combative with me while lying to my face. I don't get it. Just trying to spend my hard earned money at your shop. Don't be a dick. There's plenty of other liquor stores to go to. So yourself a favor and don't go here.

Good store. Go while you can. Looks like that neighborhood is about to be redeveloped. Like the long hours on Sunday

Very tight and compact to liquor store. However, you will find all of your basic some Essentials here. Including a few top shelf single malt. The crowd buying liquor here is a little bit on the Shady Side, so keep that in mind if you're going with little kids and what not like I was

A lot of different selections of beer/wine liquor. No fuss and decently priced.
