Capital Self Storage

Rented a unit for 12 months. Excellent customer service from Chastity.. Keep up the good work girl!! Always paid by phone. Never had any issues. Move out was awesome. Emailed Chastity to let her know when I was moving out and she made it so very easy for me. Thanks I will recommend you guys. Prices aren't bad at all!!

If I could rate them a negative I would!!!!!!!! Please dont put your stuff inside any of they units!!!! They are infested with bed bugs!!!!!! Don’t do it!!! Bed bugs are in their units! Even if you purchase insurance it doesn’t cover the bed bugs infestation! Don’t go to them please!

Was very happy with this facility until the day i moved out. The manager chasity is wonderful!! The employee moes was great, he is the employee who i had most of the time i had anything i needed help with, he goes above and beyond for the customers, its great customer service!! But the last day when I moved out an older gentleman employee was there screaming at moes in front of customers telling him rude things, very unprofessional to the older gentleman!! And i had a credit on my account of $4 and some change, not that big of a deal however the lady from another store when the employee called her said because my due date is only 10 days away and im moving out they keep my $4 it stays on my account and i get no refund back. Now honestly i didnt care about the refund until i heard her say that. Thats plain rude and unprofessional! So someone over pays on their bill and you keep their money? I only moved out due to a personal thing going on witch im leaving the state so i had intended on staying there. So honestly after my last day with this storage company i will never use them again, i miss nick and real capital self storage!! Big props to chasity and moes though! If not for them, this place would be completly horrible..

I was only helping a friend move stuff in & out of storage, but I was impressed with the place. Storage areas were clean & dry; there is a gate for in & out (customer may access unit but "rif-raf" cannot).
