Extra Space Storage

Ben was super friendly and super helpful with a unit transfer from a larger unit to a smaller unit. The change over was very smooth and Ben handled it with professionalism. all the while being down to earth and talkative. I enjoyed talking with Benjamin and my experience at Extra Space Storage has always been exceptional, thank you Ben.

Great experience. Was in emergency need of a large storage unit after an apartment plan fell through. Ben got me in and out quickly, saved me from my dilemma, and was awesome to work with. Great deal financially too. Will be back here if I ever need storage again & would highly recommend it.

Ben..aka Benny is freaking AWESOME. He truly has great customer service skills. Ben was helpful with explaining everything, he took me around to show me the different storage spaces. He is 100% trusting and informative. He's not only a great sales associate he is also someone you can call and have as a friend! 🤗. Benjamin is wonderful and is very customer oriented. He answered all of my questions and helped me along the way. The facility is kept very clean and the units are accessible. I highly recommend this storage company, especially to WCU students.

Five Stars for Sure! My wife and I dropped in unannounced and Benjamin got us all signed up with a 10"x 15" to fit our needs perfectly. Besides being 100% professional, as well as quite personable, he spent all the time we needed for questions, rules and regs. The facility location is perfect for us, the locker is easily accessed, and the price was right, easily beating local competitors. Benjamin was certainly the icing on the cake! Thank you Ben for a very positive experience!
