Extra Space Storage

I had my ‘stuff’ in a storage unit in this facility for almost 8 years. I never had any problems, only kind help for various small problems. I recently meet Joe and Jim and asked them for help. They were eager to help without a monetary reward. The unit was 50x100 if I remember correctly. I never had any rodents or insects of any kind in my unit. I am moving to a house now so removed everything from the storage unit. Everything was undisturbed and no 🐜 🕷 of any kind, which was something I worried about. But these two guys were always on top of their jobs while being polite and considerate. What more can you ask for?

Excellent experience - very easy to reserve 14 days in advance, arrived day of move and paperwork process was efficient, staff very knowledgeable and professional. Unit and overall facility were extremely clean and bright. This is our first experience here, renting for college belongings over summer, plan to repeat for future years. One thing to know - prices on line are not inclusive of all required charges: $24 one-time application charge; need to purchase your own padlock or cylinder lock (which was about $16 when bought through them); insurance required at minimum $2,000 coverage for $11/month. Not unreasonable but not completely spelled out on line.

What a great experience! The office and facility is immaculate. The assistant manager James Bastian was amazing. Very knowledgeable,respectful of my needs, and most kind. All details of my rental were explained to me in great detail. I found the price point to be very good. I would highly recommend this location. Jim, you're the best! Joe was extremely helpful when I first came to Extra Space Storage. They called me once when they were doing a lock check to tell me that I had left my lock unlocked and I was very thankful for that!! Top notch professionals from beginning to end. I will certainly use their facility again should the need arise and I highly recommend them!!!

A great place to store you stuff!! James and Joe keep this place in immaculate condition. Very clean and secure!! They are friendly and very professional and are always available for assistance. I would highly recommend this facility (1008 Greenhill Road, West Chester, PA). It was a pleasure James and Joe!! Thank You!!
