Online reservation I didn’t feel was user friendly. Office experience with Matt however was very pleasant. Great explanations between units and comparing options.

Extra storage was great! Super easy to rent the unit, from beginning to close out. My stuff was safe and climate controlled. Highly recommend the experience!

I had a tricky move because I was moving from college to a storage unit and they were very helpful. I was moving from Baltimore city to Malvern and it was difficult to set up a mover who would make the trip but extra space did it very good job and officially set me up with storage units that were in my price range and adequate for the furniture that I needed to store. I would absolutely recommend extra space to anyone who is trying to move.

Seem less so far! I reserved a unit in FL from where I live in PA. I was able to designate a representative to access my unit for me. Everybody I worked with from the online chat, phone call with Richard in FL, and in person with a Matt has been so pleasant and answered every question. This place was recommended by a friend. Would recommend.

This Extra Storage Space location is so helpful and professional!  We are storing stuff here for the second time and can not say enough good things about the manager, Matthew. We are very pleased with how responsive and efficient he has been to work with.
