Extra Space Storage

UPDATE: I forgot my key to the locker at home and Matt & Barry were more than helpful getting me access to the unit. We're going 5 stars here! Rented my unit on May 9 and overall I'm pleased with the experience. Met Matt and Barry and both gentlemen were very pleasant. Matt showed my wife and I the space and his instructions on accessing the complex and my unit were spot on. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. It would have been a 5 star rating but for one small issue. I had difficulty unloading my items for storage because another person had blocked the overhead door with their vehicle and left it unattended. Unfortunately rules are only for those that plan to follow them. I would recommend this facility and have already referred someone.

Great service full of really friendly, fun and thoughtful managers who will work to try and make your experience worth your time and money. Plus the storage facility is in a terrifically inspiring, beautiful location at the foot of a charming neighborhood, the walk to which is lined by Mural Arts mosaic-murals, and peering out on to those Philly hills in which rusted spires are swaddled by lush greenery. Storage is usually not very fun, but I'd take a trip out to this spot just to say hi to the staff, look at the street art, and check out the town!

This place is hands down the best in the area. The General Manager Matt is always extremely helpful and really makes me feel more like a friend than a customer. And ya gotta love that smile! Great work Matt and team! I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I really enjoyed my experience at the Extra Space Manayunk location. My unit was affordable and all of the staff were friendly, and very helpful in making sure I was comfortable with my move in and out! Marion & Matt are THE BEST!!! I definitely recommend this location for your storage needs. Also look out for the auctions that take place every 3rd Wednesday, you could snag an awesome buy!

Extra Space Storage was incredibly accommodating to us from the moment we stepped foot in the lobby to ask for information to the moment we moved our stuff in. They were really useful in giving us tips on how to get around the facilities too!!! Definitely recommend using their service. Shout-out to Barry who helped us set up our lease for making want to be a return customer!
