Robert, Melody & Alex  have proven to be very helpful to me on more than one occasion. 

Bob called me when I accidentally left my ladder on the loading dock to let me know he moved it to the back to keep it safe until my return. That happened to be several days later. Thanks to him, I still had a ladder. Bob also prorated the fees on my unit in advance of my move out so as to save me from having to pay for more storage time than I would actually use. Thanks again Bob.

Alex was nice enough to leave the dock doors open to allow me time to unload and store my things right up to the actual closing time.

Melody has very good phone manner. After having had my payment method declined do to an update in my account, she was kind and courteous in the way she responded to the matter.

As a team, I feel they work well together.

Alex is very personable and knowledgeable. He made the process quick and painless. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an affordable storage space  that also has a friendly, competent staff.

This place has consistently met my needs. The price is right and the people who work here are helpful.

Bob in particular is great, he helped me move a massive (HEAVY) table I've got into my car. Thanks!

Extra storage is a great place for storage. They are. thorough and professional. The facility is clean and pest free as much as I can tell and the price is right
