CubeSmart Self Storage

The General Manager, Sue, was SO GREAT!! She made a hectic and difficult moving day a piece of cake! She was so kind and willing to help us in any way that we needed. I was 15 minutes early for picking up the truck (I needed to drive it to Delaware to pack up my daughter's apartment) and she was already at the site working, so she was gracious enough to let me in and give me the moving truck early. I really cannot put into words how much she helped me and my family during what would have been a stressful time. Everything is so clean and everyone was so friendly and accommodating (Sue also PERSONALLY CLEANED the storage unit that we had for my daughters' things). We highly recommend this storage unit!!!!

This is my first experience with self storage, and manager Sue Kelly was simply outstanding. She took her time in explaining and showing me the various options, and was super to work with. I felt very comfortable with my choice to use this facility knowing that Sue is available for anything that might come up. I can't remember the last time I was treated so well by a business manager. Thanks Sue!

I came to CubesMart with LAST MINUTE storage needs and Susan Kelly was VERY helpful. She saved us some money and was very accommodating and knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She has a GREAT personality as well. She is a shining example of something that the service industry is lacking...true customer service.

If I could give CubeSmart Customer Service a 10 Star Rating I would.! This week my Spouse & I had an unexpected emergency moving situation and needed to secure a safe affordable storage space in our area. This was a very stressful time for us personally, so we only prayed upon something working out smoothly to break up our mayhem. To our very pleasant surprise, as soon as we walked into the CubeSmart office we were instantly greeted with a smile by Sue. After a formal introduction we naturally anticipated this employee jumping right into pricing options, ya know... the usual sales pitch stuff customers are used to expecting. BUT this was far from the case here, we were first offered a hot cup of fresh coffee, a very engaging conversation, a comfortable seat, a brief history intro to CubeSmart’s Company and then she asked us what ‘WE’ needed/wanted. Sue let us know what shelf products were available to us shall we need them but at no time pressured any purchases. As if our experience couldn’t get any brighter, we were then offered a FREE moving truck to expedite our crunch time move. YES you read that right..... we got a big box truck out of the deal too!!! 😁 Saved us a mint from having to rent one elsewhere. I know this is a long review but in a world where the public is quick to post negative reviews; once in awhile something Positive is warranted to share. One minute I was stressed/crying and the next minute I walk into a strange place & I felt Blessed. We couldn’t be any more thankful, as Sue relieved a nice amount of our stress on many levels. Sue Kelly at the Montgomeryville CubeSmart has been extremely helpful over the last month. Although new to this facility, she jumped right in and helped us find the space we needed. We found ourselves in need of a second cube on the day we were being loaded in and Sue worked with us and our movers to get it all done quickly at the end of a long day. We are new to this experience and feel that our belongings are in good hands. This facility is extremely clean, well-secured, easily accessible. I hope that the rest of our time using this facility goes as well as the first few weeks.
