Prime Storage

This place is a joke! It was much better when it was Locker Room Self Storage awhile back!! I’ve had a locker unit here for 12 years now and never had a problem when Locker Room Self Storage owned it. As soon as Prime Storage took over, I’ve had countless problems with these people!!! If you are late in payment they constantly call and email NON-STOP All day long and threaten you and harass you to pay or an Auction will happen on your unit. This happens well before the actual day when they are ‘legally’ able to threaten you with an Auction. Definitely try and find a different company who are genuine and don’t feel the need to lie and harass you just to get the bill paid on time.

Vacated the unit 5 days into the month and they refuse to refund rest of month, they also don't return phone calls when you leave a message. I opened my storage after it being locked up for two months and all my belongings in the front 8 feet of my unit were covered with leaves, dirt and hundreds of stink bugs. This is the worst storage experience I have ever had and would not recommend this location. It is also not a secured location as they say, the right gate is left open 24/7

I've had this unit for about 8 years total, when they were called Lockerroom. Last year my unit and a few others INSIDE the supposed secure building were vandalized. Priceless items were stolen, and I never heard back from the police or site management as to who, why, how, or any leads. To top it off, my rent was just raised by $20 without agreement or notification. Never was I given a consolation for my losses. But they sure send out a late fee email the day AFTER your rent is due. LRSS always sent it before the due date. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE!!!!!!

These guys are just wonderful. The property manager (Josh) has always done everything possible to accommodate me. He has been very kind, considerate and most importantly professional. I was recommend this facility to anyone looking to store a vehicle or just personal belongings. They are safe, secure and very conveniently located right off the expressway into town. Their prices are in my opinion very affordable for what you get in the way of rental space. I hope they stick around for a very long time. ;-) :-)
