Extra Space Storage

Helpful in showing me around, didn’t have any major issues and everything was explained perfectly. Had an issue with the elevator one day, and someone called me back and got it resolved. Overall, easy and priced relatively competitively. My only suggestion/request would be to have 24 hour gate access, though this wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

Amazing experience working with Rob to sign up for a 5 x 5 storage unit to store household items that were cluttering my home. Rob was enthusiastic and really passionate about making sure I was satisfied with Extra Space Storage. The facility is beautiful, clean and is new and the rates are very reasonable. I feel very comfortable storing my belongings here. Extra Space Storage in Warrington is highly recommended.

Rob was very professional and extremely helpful in assisting me with my storage requirements. We walked around to view 5 different units before I could pick the correct one out that met my requirement for the items I planned to store. Nice New Clean facility that is climate controlled.

Marion was extremely helpful from registration to insurance. He explained the changeability of the unit size, insurance on stored goods, hours, using the elevator and gates. With the climate control storage I trust my hobbie supplies will be save and undamaged.

Just at the beginning but very happy so far with Extra Space Storage. The storage spaces are very clean and all are climate controlled, at least, at this location. A few comments about management who were very helpful but you do need to make sure you have some things in place before you go. Like: Homeowners policy - make sure you have your declarations page either with you or have it e-mailed to you so you can forward it to them, you will need your state issued ID and a valid credit card/debit card. I assume they will take cash but I didn't ask. I also wanted to start my rental on Saturday so I went in on Friday so do the paperwork and they have no way to start a space rental on a different day than you sign and fill out the paperwork. I think this is something they can improve. You might think that a day or two isn't a big deal, but at the end it can be the difference from one months additional rent or not. So I hope they fixe this. Also, they use cylinder locks but you can use your own padlock if you so choose but I think a cylinder lock is more secure, but then again, I am not an expert. They sell them for just under $20.00. I went with the cheapest for the size and it is on the 2nd floor not too close to the elevators. It requires codes for the gate and the elevators and, of course, you will keep your unit locked. So it is fairly safe. There are fairly large slots above for ventilation. I didn't check size to see if it is a security issue. No real complaints. I will update or do another review if I revise my opinion after a month or two or three or more of use.
