Extra Space Storage

Used this location as we were transitioning jobs and moving states in the future. Used a small outdoor storage space. It was I believe 5 by 10 feet. We were surprised how much I could get in this small space but would have preferred a larger one. The space was warm during the summer so be mindful of that. Once I could not get into the gate with my code and the staff were very helpful and quick on this issue.

Wayne was awesome getting us set up with storage space. It was easy and quick. I find the best way to protect sentimental and valuable items from theft and calamity is to off-site them. A good deal for some peace of mind especially while away from home.

Smooth booking/signing process. Access is convenient, and they keep the grounds nicely maintained. Wayne and Harry provide a great service. Recommended

I began a business relationship with the Chadds Ford PA Extra Space Storage facility and Harry Mahoney, manager, in November 2013. I was welcomed as a customer, shown my storage size options and given pricing information- all which led to my storing my belongings in a clean, well-maintained heat-controlled unit. The service has been stellar as far as the extremely professional, efficient and cordial dealings of Harry and his staff and the cleanliness of the property. I can't say this about one of the Extra Space facilities in Chicago where the unit (and others) smelled musty, stale and were damp to the point of black mold growing within the unit. I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage facility at 199 Wilmington West Chester Pike in Chadds Ford PA. Kudos to Harry Mahoney and thanks for such excellent service to this grateful customer!
