Moove in Self Storage - Vermont Ave

Peggy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the process of gaining a space. Her responsiveness to my questions was unmatched. I would recommend Moove In Self Storage based on the professional customer service demonstrated to me during the process of setting up my account/space. The overall process was easy and efficient!

I wish I could give Moove In a BIG FAT ZERO. They have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After simply trying to confirm my reservation with them through phone on multiple occasions, they say their database won't work and I was told a manager will call and then the call never came. I just called again requesting to speak with the manager to try to confirm my reservation but in reality, Im canceling. The customer should not be the one having to reach out to the employer for a mistake on their end that they are supposed to make right. This is BS. Don't waste your money. Give it to a business who will actually appreciate it. I think it is clear that this place must have been good in the past since I saw a lot of good reviews but in recent months it has gone downhill. Every time I called for information and pricing I got different answers every time. What a joke.

We have a good experience with Moove in self storage, Peggy the manager at Stone mill rd was very professional and polite. The storage unit I rented was clean and the surrounded areas were super clean. We will recommend Moove in self storage to any one. Thanks Moove in self Storage....

They have facilities in prime locations and Peggy was such a pleasure to work with! If you are looking for a great place for extra storage Move In Storage is the place to go!

Really nice storage facility. Great manager. She answered all our questions. I would definitely use Moove In again!
