Oaks of westchase: Management changes occur often. Current assistant manager jess is very rude. Lack communication to residents. The apartments are old and run down. Not like the pictures show at all.you will end up paying any extra 100.00 in fees every month for no reason. Roaches are all over. Cats everywhere. Not at all what I thought. You barely see negative reviews because they call tenants and try to persuade them to take them down.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS TERRIBLE EXCUSE OF A COMPANY! If I could give this "company" zero stars I would. It has been 90 days since we moved out and have yet to have our security deposit returned to us. We have been mailed a *statement* detailing how much we would be getting back but ZERO check. Literally have called, emailed, left messages every single day for MONTHS now and have never gotten a single response. This is THEFT! You have STOLEN our money and are refusing to return what is owed to us or even have the decency to reply at all. Further action will be taken.

I live at villas at colt run and i regret it!!!! I have a newborn and i been complaining for 2 weeks about no heat ! i have been having this problem with this a/c unit since i moved in it and it still have the same problems! still no one came to fix it ! My baby got sick from us having no heat when it was 19 degrees last week !

I am a resident of Bayou parc at Oak Forest and have had multiple issues with this management company. Including the most recent issue with mold in my unit that was making me sick. The property required a medical documentation before even addressing the problem and after being forced to live in a Hotel for nearly a week the company refused to prorate my rent for that week. Management at Bayou Parc is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

This management company owns Lakeshore Apartments in clear lake, or at least that's what the personnel here directed. You need to re-train your personnel on professionalism and etiquette because they are honestly extremely rude every time you need something or have a question regarding the facility. There is a always a nice way to say things that may be different than what our old management company allowed, rather than being rude upfront.
