Texas Flagship Property Services

I have worked with Texas Flagship Properties as an investor. They are pros. They show kindness toward their vendors, clients and tenants that I have seen over the years. I no longer have investment properties to be managed, but if I did...they would be my first call.

Horrible. The husband is great to work with, but the wife is horrible. She wouldn't tell the property owner things that needed to be fixed. She wouldn't provideo me with information showing my rent was paid. They tried to charge me for a pipe that burst, carpet that they were to replace. Do not use this company!

These people will lie to get your business. Once you sign they will do anything to make the contract impossible to live thru. Worse experience I have ever had. It took 6 months for Betty to send someone to maintenance the home. Her and her people showed up whenever that wanted without notice. Staff were unprofessional and could not fix anything properly. Then she tried to Bill us for work which was never done and Bill me for damages done before I moved in. When she was upset, she than lied about late charges and threaten to evict. She will not give you a dated receipt for the rent payment. I had to build a relationship with the owner, inorder to live in a decent home and in peace. She than started to overwhelmed me threats by text messages and emails. The owner had to tell her to stop. I do have copies of emails to prove these statements.

I have worked with with them before and I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They answered my questions and helped me with my investment.
