If you actually want to rent a house, do it through a different company. They won't bother to tell you that your application for a property has been approved and then the property you were interested in will already be rented out. Then they will lie about attempting to contact you. Edit: Never said they leased it out from under as a deposit was never made. However, if you are approved for a property and they don't bother to tell you, someone else gets it. You can't rent anything if they don't bother to tell you your application went through and you're approved.

Online Real Estate is such a wonderful company to rent from. During the 2 years I rented from them I had 2 minor maintenance issues and 1 really major one. Every time they responded very quickly and took care of the issues. They never invaded my privacy by coming unannounced. I had no issues getting my deposit back after I left. It was mildly annoying having them bring in potential renters to view the house over and over the last 6 months of my lease but I think it's like that anywhere in college station. I wish I would have rented with them again but they didn't have a house with a yard in my price range and my kids needed somewhere to play (we were renting a duplex with no yard). I'm definitely going to try to rent from them again when my current lease is up.

My sis rented with them and it was awful most of the time it takes some the good while to fix the things they get broken and their pest control is a joke

As a landlord, I am so pleased with the manor Online Real Estate Services has taken care of my renters, my property and me. When a problem arises, the staff takes care of it. If there is a problem that they feel I need to be involved with, I am called. Everyone is always pleasant to talk with and I feel very comfortable with my properties being with On Line.
