Absolutely love my truck! Lance the bearded guy took great care of me throughout the process. Wasn’t pushy, was patient with me and kept me updated throughout the process of finding my truck. I would definitely recommend CarDirect and Lance to for anyone looking for a quality vehicles

I drive by almost daily and stopped in and Lance “The Bearded guy” helped me out. Had my eyes out for a diesel truck and he got me in one for a steal. Highly recommend cars direct for a purchase. Definitely up front and “Real” people instead of lot birds at big name car places who tell you what you want to hear. Ask for Lance and he will work to get in What you want even called me back after signing for my purchase called me back and got me even lower rates. That’s top notch service to me. Working with That bearded guy “Lance” and his team at Car Direct was so easy, my wife actually purchased a vehicle from them a few months prior and the process was so easy that I traded in my truck and purchased a new to me 4Runner. Everyone was very patient and great at getting the numbers where they needed to be. A great all around experience.
The only thing i can say is our house will only shop/buy vehicles from Ryan The Bearded Guy and the team at Car Direct!! They not only provide you with the nicest vehicles, best costs, but they are the best people to work with!! I feel like words cannot explain how seriously thankful we are for them more than once and every time beyond happy with our vehicles!!
I am a college student and military. In my mind those two things are what car dealerships look for to eat you alive with debt. This is NOT at all what Lance at Car Direct did when selling me a new truck. Lance took selling my truck to a different level. He made it personal and did everything to get me in a truck that I wanted. I am only 22 years old and Lance got me a 3.4 percent interest rate with a cheap monthly payment. He also got me a 2 year warranty on the truck! I will be reccomending Lance and this dealership to anyone who wants a new car or truck. Thank you so much!
This is the place for stress- free shopping. Axel P was excellent to work with and met all of my needs. He didn't try to push my budget, and was extremely knowledgeable on inventory. I'd recommend this group and my salesman Axel to anyone.
Lance, AKA the Bearded Guy, is by far the best car salesman I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I recently bought a 2017 GMC Acadia from this dealership. Lance was patient and assuring with me during this process. He listened very well to all my concerns and made sure that I left in a vehicle that was reliable for me and my family. Everyone in this dealership made this experience one of the best ones I’ve had and made us feel like more than just another customer. Would highly recommend this dealership!
Lance is so amazing! He helped me out so much with buying my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. He is super understanding and goes out of his way to make sure you’re getting a fair deal and he even makes sure there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. To add on top of that after I purchased my vehicle he even helped me get my stereo replaced and is extremely helpful.
