Jasmine the manager was beyond amazing! She had me laughing and her personality was profoundly personable. She walked me through every step of the way. Sheila another employee here was so helpful and kept a great conversation going while test driving. Shelia was learning the ropes but felt like she knew her way already. I have bought my car from here in the past and recently purchase a brand new car somewhere else. But sadly was in an accident so I’m back here not wanting to get a different car but with the smiles, laughter, and kindness I receive from the staff, made this experience enjoyable. Brian needs a shoutout as well. He dealt with all the finances and made the process as smooth as possible. I hardly ever leave review but I have purchase a car from this dealership twice now and both experience has set a bar that other dealership need to meet. Trust this place they will do everything in their power to get you into a car within your budget and send you away with your car and a smile. It’s refreshing to have honest hard working people that make a connection with their clients and see them as people and not just dollar signs. Thank you family motors!

I love this car dealership and Jasmine is the best , she rocks. I got my SUV today and love it ,love it. The paperwork and everything you have to do is a process but it is well worth it.I needed a car today and Jasmine said I will be leaving with one today and I did .Brian was also a great help also and I have not even meet him .
