Love Love This CVS for my prescriptions as always call to remind time refill Great customer service. And help me with my co pays

They have failed many times and was I denied to speak to a manager twice. So I went above there heads and reach out directly to upper management. They apologized for there failure and more than made up for the multiple poor experiences. I have a little more faith in this company but a lot of work needs to be done.

I am so happy to say I am no longer a CVS specialty pharmacy customer and I will never be again bye bye

The prescription delivery services are great but the customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. I have to call multiple time just to reach them and then the phone call just randomly hangs up, even though they notified me to call them!

This place deserves  negative stars. Horrible customer service.

Head pharmacist is amazing and helped my dad with all of his medications. Very prompt with medication delivery, and great customer service
