Grubb's Specialty Pharmacy

I was transferred from Medly pharmacy to Grubbs when the Baltimore location closed. While my first prescription delivery went well and was smooth and pleasant, my experience with them this week has not been. After leaving several voicemails and sending 2 emails as well as sitting on hold for hours of time 3 days this week, I have yet to receive any follow up. No one ever answers the phone! Not a pleasant customer service experience for a place I would usually rate as a 5 star experience...

I had transferred from another pharmacy to Grubbs.. I'm very happy that I made the change the staff was kind and professional, I received my medication the same day less then a hour of get the prescription filled

I was a very happy 1st time customer today! The staff were friendly and thorough in explaining the insurance and fees. They had my rx ready in 10 min while I waited. Highly recommend!

This pharmacy is super helpful in making sure I get the right versions of my medications. They special order one prescription for me that CVS refuses to order. I’m so thankful for them!

Grubb's is MAGNIFICENT. I feel so blessed to have learned about them. They are efficient, pro-active, skilled and a delight to deal with, especially Dawn. They stepped in and handled all the arrangements for me to get a prescription, and even handled setting me up to get assistance from a program that helps with co-pays. And they did all this quickly but carefully. Grubb's truly puts patients as their priority, and go the extra mile. They have made my life easier, and eased my mind. I will always be grateful for their care, expertise and concern.

Truly the best pharmacy that I have ever used. The difference is the staff and especially the owner, Yusef, actually CARES about the client. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Prescriptions filled quickly and delivery service is top notch.

I have used Grubbs for several orders - the first was not available at my usual pharmacy, but Grubbs had it, and another was a very difficult to obtain drug, but Grubbs was able to get it. They were fast, courteous, knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, and BTW i have no other interest in them except that they are in my neighborhood and i think they deserve recognition for really good service.

Do NOT USE THIS PHARMACY - The staff will tell you that your Rx is ready and when you arrive it will not be ready. The staff is blissfully ignorant - I believe it comes from the Manager who was rude and unapologetic about wasting my time. I had this same experience with them about a year ago and NOTHING has changed. If you have a specialty prescription DO NOT GET IT FILLED HERE! There is a CVS on the same block - Take your chances there.

This company's customer service is sub-par. Called this location because I was having trouble reaching the other location and they just transferred me over like I couldn't just dial the number again.
