Jessica new pharmacist went out of her way to assist me and to explain my concern and frustration when the other pharmacists, last name Tyson and DOCTOR Chris were agitated when I was asking to explain the reason they were denying me on prescription without the checking authorization, Jessica was clear and patient leaving me very satisfied with clarity, there were three guys at the front cvs cashier that had me on hold and was very rude when I asked to be directed to the pharmacy. Please train your employees proper customer service and attentiveness to customers needs instead of talking. Thank you.
This CVS Pharmacy has been out of my medication for over a week and consistently won't give details on when the medication will be back in stock. They tell you to call back daily and give you no more information.
Both of my medications cost about three times more here than at other pharmacies. It was impossible to fill my HRT prescription here—instead of investigating to find that there was an issue with my insurance, staff told me it would "probably be here Monday" two weeks in a row. Will be taking the bus to Safeway in the future rather than dealing with this pharmacy.
The worst cvs I have ever been to. The pharmacy is so bad, I had a flu shot appointment at 3pm and I was waiting till 5pm. Never come to this CVS. Rude staff and extremely bad management. I hope CVS sees this and changes all staff at the pharmacy since this is absolutely unacceptable.
24 hour CVS. Staff here is really friendly. You get the occasional drunk folks stroll in throughout the evening and they do a great job at keeping the store clean
Aww.. this used to be such a gem because it had a 24 hour pharmacy… what a bummer they did away with that. What happened CVS?
This CVS is very busy 24 hour store which functions as a drug store, mini food mart, and mini department store, since the neighborhood is seriously lacking all three. As such, the inventory is relatively decent. But unfortunately like most urban CVS stores the service here is ATROCIOUS. They never have enough cashiers on duty because they now divert people to "self checkout" and the cashiers they do have on duty are slow, lazy and rude. I avoid this place as much as possible.
Went upstairs, asked one of the young ladies to assist us with having passport photos taken. If her looks could kill, she would've set us on fire, for interrupting her! She did however, call another lady to help us, who was so unenthusiastic and lethargic about it, we got the impression that we were inconveniencing her. A serious attitude adjustment is needed amongst staff. Fine in a pinch but would still recommend finding an alternate CVS.
If you are sick and thinking to use the MinuteClinic - DO NOT DO IT! The medical assistant that works in that clinic is one of the most inappropriate unprofessional employees I have ever come into contact. I went in for a COVID treatment only to be lectured because I scheduled the wrong appointment. I apologized and requested a COVID test only to be given more attitude and lectured again. When I started coughing, this lady then was like "the nurse might not see you since you are coughing". Ultimately, she refused to test me and was very unprofessional. The nurse came out to apologize, but the damage was already done, I ended up leaving and went to an urgent care. DO BETTER CVS, read your reviews, this place gets few stars. Total rubbish - I have called corporate and hope they will listen.
It’s an alright cvs. Lots of aisles in the back but cramped. Some nice people work here.
