We bought our home from Caris-Sell in August of 2016 but because of circumstances beyond our anyone's control we were not able to have it set on our lot until March of 2017. The dealership was very understanding and kept our home on the lot until we were able to take physical possession of it. They have been very polite and easy to work with and interested in our lives and what we're doing and how we're doing. Shane Seelye was our salesman and has been in our corner all the way. Kathy acts like a real friend and I think her interest in us is genuine. I would recommend Caris-Sell too anyone looking for a manufactured home. We love our home! Sincerely Pat and Merlin Vance!

We had a nightmare experience at this place. I would be very careful about giving them any money down on anything without checking out everything. Don't use the credit union they suggest. Go some where else.

Caris Sell Homes offers a great value for your dollar. When considering a manufactured home, go into Caris' office and talk construction with their sales staff. :)

Caris-Sell recognizes and understands the seriousness of home buying and is now under new management. Dustin Gillespie, Morris Poll and Stacy Lang have since been terminated from Caris-sell Homes and are no longer affiliated in any way with their former employer. The reviewer below had a terrible experience with Mr. Gillespie's lack of professionalism and unfortunately has placed the review upon Caris-Sell Homes as he was the manager above Stacy and Morris and as a result, Caris-Sell Homes is under new management.
