CARS: Sandwiches & Shakes

My experience was less than great from start to finish. There were only two seats at the counter where I could wait for my order, but there was staff sitting there the entire time. The staff seemed to mostly be doing anything but working. When I finally got my order, it had been sitting on the window behind the register for at least five minutes. I got the Mac and cheese burger and a small iced tea. I was excited to try their homemade iced tea, and while it was not bad, I have had much better homemade iced teas. As for the burger, I did not like it very much. Perhaps it is a good idea to try something else on their menu or go somewhere else where the staff might be a little more professional.

Foods just okay. Nothing special. I had one of the fat sandwiches and it was more on the bad side. When I ordered, they seemed like they didn't want to take my order and they were doing me a favor. I get a call from the delivery guy to let me know he's 2 minutes away, which he wasn't which let to me freezing my nuts off and he finally pulls up and I have to go to the car bc he doesn't get out of it. If you're hungry and there's nothing else, sure...but I'd say look for other options first EDIT: last time I ordered the girl on the phone bitched us out. I used to order here quite a bit, but that is why it is the LAST time I ordered. Sure it was busy, but if you can't handle that, you probably need to go work as one of the people holding signs in front of a business.

I never have anything bad to say about this place... The fat mo sandwich with ranch and mac n cheese wedges on the side. Perfect.

Employees need to be retrained in customer service management skills. You shouldn’t talk over guests while they are speaking, you should stick to what you advertise and instead of being rude, learn how to use basic intrapersonal skills. Mo was incredibly disrespectful & needs to be reassigned or retrained for her position.

Awesome place super clean I love the staff to be honest everything I got there always was fresh and hot. If you never been to CARS you gotta go they don't have a lot of setting inside which is fine because it gives you that retro feel of eating in your car love this place 10/10
