CARS: Sandwiches & Shakes

We heard so much about this place so super excited to try it. We stopped on our way home from families house tonight and placed a order. We decided to take it home since there was no place to sit(No seats available) We did wait a bit for the order to be filled. Upon arriving home we found half the order was missing.....after a long wait on the phone waiting to speak someone. They confirmed the rest of the order was there they forgot to give it to us. We live too far to drive back to get it. They seemed annoyed and not apologetic at all. I ask for a credit to my credit card for the food they nicely forgot to put in the bag. Not impressed at all!!!

The menu sounds amazing, but the grilled chicken ..inside the club sandwich I ordered ..was cold, dry and hard. I was soooo hungry but I could not enjoy this sandwich. I am disappointed with this place. I thought it was going to be a super tasty experience.

We came after our track meet with almost 30 people. Understandably a stressful situation for the staff to make that many orders and deal with a large crowd like ours, but the food was made quickly and was delicious. Great burgers, milkshakes, not to mention delicious fries.

Employees are rude children. Owner should consider calling them and pretending to be a customer at 2:00am to see how they treat the customers. Last time, I called I asked to place an order and the person, some young girl, said "no", and hung up. Great way to operate a business
