I wanted to get a haircut the same day, I called and was able to get in! Everyone was very welcoming, nice, and professional. I will continue to go here when I need anything done to my hair!

1st time visit. Liz is absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable in her hands and she did a fantastic job on my hair. She just totally got me!!! The staff is friendly and services were very clean. Thank you, Liz!!!!

The only place I get my hair cut. Carsten and his staff truly know what they are doing! If you are new I would recommend having Brittney P. Do your hair but wither way they are all great!

5 hour long NIGHTMARE Dreaded finding a new hairdressers since moving to PHX some time ago. BF always talked about Carsten and when he bought a gift card after getting hair cut there, I finally made an appointment. Wanted a trim and highlights and particularly asked if the hairdresser who cut his hair was good with VERY long hair, was assured she is, so I booked. We get there she cuts hair and starts blowing. I tell her " you know we are doing highlights, RIGHT ?". Answer: " the front desk mentioned something but you had not when you walked in...." keeps staring at her watch to hint she had no time for that. BF makes a new appointment 3 days later for highlights. First think I notice - this so called "high end" salon wants to use BLEACH on my hair, I refuse, so high lift color it is. 50 minutes later hair washed, I'm getting my trim fixed, because instead of having hair cut the way I used to have it, I found out at home it was cut straight. And then a SHOCK right in the front: half an inch my hair color, half an inch Carston's color, rest my hair color. I show the hairdresser and she asks me what I want to do ???? Haircut and highlights is about USD 150.00 exclusive tip and she asks me what I want to do....??? While she is fixing that, I notice another one on my crown. She asks again what I want to do and suggest I moved the foil. At that point I ask for the manager. She comes and blow dries saying it will blend in. Well it had not. At that point I ask for Carsten himself and also ask him to check the rest of my hair. He finds another spot. While those 2 spots get fixed I g through my hair and find another spot above my ear, the hairdresser means "to leave it...." I don't think so, so 5 HOURS it was. This SALON IS A JOKE, I have never received worse service than that, not just by the hairdresser but also by the management who could not care less. In the end I'm NOT EVEN BLOND, besides the one spot they "fixed" by my ear, but for the first time in my life I have hazel/ reddish highlights. I used a lady on a East Cost $150.00 for trim and highlights, 2 - 2.5 hours max, top notch hair cut and ORGANIC hair color, perfectly blended it. Unlike the clowns at Carsten who had not even ask what hue I want, she had suggest a suitable haircut, even helped ti find one in a haircut magazine, which btw Carsten does not have, instead they carry Glamour .....

Carsten and his team are the most friendly and knowledgeable I've come across. Fabulous skills and all under the guidance and expert management of one of the greatest imports to the United States, Carsten himself.
