Richard’s personality really lights up the salon. He makes me feel so welcome when I walk in the door. His laughter is warm and inviting. Valerie trims my hair and corrected the mess a previous stylist left at another salon. I love my new look. I receive many compliments for it. I made several visits and I am very pleased with the atmosphere and professionalism I find there.Service: Hairstyling

My mom got a hack job from some other place. The woman here did a fantastic job. My mom's hair got cut shorter of course but she styled her hair just the way she wanted it. Thank u so much for helping my mom n making her feel beautiful.

OK I got my haircut last Wensday, Nowthe one who cut my hair she did say she was another location ,And said she was helping out, What she did to my hair was like a punishment I don’t know what to do except shave it off it was so bad I could’ve had a three-year-old cut it , This person should not be cutting hair And forced to keep at least 30 feet away from Scissors. Look at the after that is horrible I’m sorry I am furious this isn’t a redo I want my money back, To the person who did this thank you making me feel miserable for the next several months, What did I ever do to you to deserve this lol below before and after,I want to give a negative 5- to this person, You definitely should never ever cut hair, Also I just got a notice from the owner they don’t even want to deal with me so they’re having me take it up with corporate that tells you a lot about your place is this how you deal with all your customers, on this location as a franchise this is for you to deal with,

I was greeted at the front by a gentleman named Allen he took me in the back and gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in quite some time. He didn't take off too much he took off just enough exactly how I asked him to do it. He was fast courteous and attentive... smiled and made me smile I would highly recommend this place anyone. Not only that the price was great just what we need during our pandemic!!!

It was veterans day and they advertised free haircuts for veterans. I have to say I asked for a 1/2 on the sides and she gave me almost skin on the sides. I ended up looking like I was active duty again, LOL. Anyways, I'd go back here again, but make it very clear I don't want the sides a 1/2.

Paid $18+ tip today for a literal 5 minute hair cut. I know coming to these cheap places are hit or miss but man. I’m still left with tons of dry dead ends. She didn’t even spray it with water or anything. From the time I sat in the chair to the time I paid it was probably about 5 minutes. Awful.

The sign on the door says they open at 8 am, they don't, they open at 9am. When they did open up the older Latino lady asked what my phone number was and I told her I don't give out my personal information to get my hair cut. Well she about had a fit and fell in it saying I could not get my hair cut unless I gave her my name, my phone number, and my address. Any other time I would have told her where she and Great Clips could go but I had a business meeting in a couple of hours and had to get a hair cut. So I gave her my name so I could write this review and so they would know I was a real customer, but the phone number and address were made up. I can't believe that a hair cutting business would have the brass to refuse service because a person would not give out their personal information. I will not be back to Great Clips or any other business that would employ these kind of tactics. I think I will check with the state to see if that is even legal.Service: Haircut

We made an online check in. We're told to come on in. And then the store closed 3 hours early and wouldn't see us or give us an explanation. Unprofessional. Rude. And how do you tell someone to walk in they have an appointment in 15 mins, and in 7 you've closed the store? We won't be coming back and you should find a different greatclips too. The people hear are rude on the phone as well and hung up on us twice.

They're a little bit understaffed but the service is very friendly and the haircuts are good. Also, you can't check to see if coupons work until you get your haircut which is strange.

Absolutely love this, got my first style here I am extremely impressed If you check in online with this place then you will get your hair styled sooner.
