Went in with my Mom to pick up a few Sundaes for the family.  It's an ice cream shop, so I thought it was a fairly reasonable request.  The kid behind the counter said they could only make Sundaes with vanilla soft serve.  How stupid is that?  Won't be back.  Just go down the boulevard and go to Brewster's.  They can actually make Sundaes with ice cream.

I expected better....The past couple of visits the  service was slow and indoor seating was not clean.  Also, on our last visit they were all out of vanilla soft serve and the past couple visits they were all out of chocolate shell.  Carvel  ice cream is yummy, but this location let me down.

I've been celebrating hot days and various accomplishments with ice cream at this Carvel since I was in preschool, first with my mom and now with my kids...over 30 years ago.  The new folks running it in recent years are always friendly and helpful!  Favor place for ice cream
