Cascade Christian High School

It's so good! The teachers actually care and don't let people get away with things that they shouldn't. I think that is one reason that some people think it is a bad school. They are very Christ centered and will lead your kid to put their faith and trust in God. The teachers are always there for me and are just so amazing. I love this school!!!!!!!!!!!

Writing this as a college student now- don't waste your money. This school can stand on it's high horse all it wants but the way they handle scandles tends to be extremely unbiblical. There is blantant favoritism and really all they care about is money. Should your child plan on going to a public college, they will be extremely behind everyone else in terms of science, as a current geology major. Arts are neglected in favoritism of sports and they maintain sexist rules and staff (some of who are extremely unqualified for their jobs). Conflicting politics and religions are shot down usually without any meaningful discussion. The only two things this school has going for are 1) essays become easy very quickly and 2) a handful of the teachers do genuinely care. Of course the school and staffing has shifted since leaving this school but the overall atmosphere remains the same. Don't waste money on their overpriced tuition when public schools offer more AP classes and a more thorough education that better prepares a student for college.

I'm a high school graduate, love this school and the teachers. Sure I have my problems with some teachers, but then again what student doesn't. Totally would recommend enrolling here. Great education and role models, will be enrolling my children when that time comes!!

This is a very "clickie" school! They do not protect or back up parents. The parents are the ones pouring out the big bucks for their children to attend this school. The staff is not there to give support to the parents . The school wants to control the kids. Lot of drama for a "Christian" school

I find this school to be quite corrupt. If you are a donor to the school, you and your family will be treated well and be given many blessings and privileges. If you aren't, you will be treated as a second class citizen. This school is conservative to a point of ignorance. It's as if it was founded by Fox News. I know of a couple of students their who are harassed by their peers for having liberal views. The students are stuck-up and disrespectful, just like their parents. Their is no diversity. As with most small schools, Cascade Christian offers little opportunities for ambitious students who want to go to a good college. The school board is horrible with their budget. They spend most of their money on the athletic program. Little of it goes to improving the education and arts programs. The school's lunch is not healthy. For the money you'll pay for the school, the education is mediocre at best. The staff is hypocritical and loves to gossip about the students' family issues in disguise as "prayer requests." If you want to go to a good private school in Medford, go to Saint Mary's.
