Do not apply or rent with Casto Properties. I was lied to and told that my application would be okay as long as I provided a police report for my identity theft, fraud alerts from credit bureaus, and a ledger from my prior apartment. I work in procurement for a Fortune 500 company and have a clean record with my previous Landlord. I have never been late on rent and told my prior apartment I was leaving because of Casto’s promise of an apartment. They are willing to lie to lead you on and are completely not understanding. incredibly disappointed. After posting this review, someone at Casto sent a rude response. This was taken down and replaced with a much friendlier more professional response. This says everything about Casto trying to cover their own rear. I have no interest in talking further about this matter or doing business with Casto moving forward. I am now leasing with another company that is much more responsive and straightforward.

I've worked for CASTO since 2011 and have always felt proud to represent this company. The culture is what makes CASTO stand out. There's a sense of comfort talking to a co-worker that I can also get talking to one of the Board of Directors members. This company genuinely cares about its associates in I way I hadn't experience prior to working here. The opportunity for growth is one of my other favorite things about CASTO. There are always new ways to challenge yourself, opportunities to work with other departments, and associates who are willing to show you something you don't have experience with. This is the company I plan to retire with!

I had the tremendous fortune of working for Casto for 3 years. As someone who has worked in our industry for a while, I can honestly say I have never been a part of an organization that cares more about its residents, employees, vendors, and everyone the organization comes in contact with more than Casto. They take great care to actually consider their impact & it pays off by attracting and retaining awesome residents and the best team in the industry. I miss working for Casto and my residents everyday!
