I live in the apartments in Union City Indiana. On Essex court. Our property manager is amazing here. She works hard to make sure everyone is happy and that everything is running smoothly. . But the only downside is that we haven't received our utility checks since November of last year. I have tried to contact corporate a couple times and don't hear anything back. Other than that I don't have any complaints.
I rented a unit in Savannah Georgia, under this company for 3 years. Recently I moved out of the unit. It has been three months and I have yet to receive my security deposit. They have been withholding my deposit with no explanation. The unit was in the same, if not better condition than it was prior to me moving in. There was no outstanding balances or fees. They claim the deposit was sent out, but it was mysteriously sent to the wrong address. Nobody has reached out to me, and no one will answer the phone at the corporate office. Even the local property manager is not answering or returning calls. I will be forced to obtain a lawyer, and file a small claim. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
Jenkins Loft, Columbus OH. Where does one start. Nice building and residents sad you can't say that about the manger there. So unprofessional on every level. Anytime you have any conversation with her make sure you record it b/c she will lie about EVERYTHING. Check your paperwork b/c she will change your rent amount. Get a PO box for mail b/c anything left in the office is always gone. If you want to work out in the gym which is never open, you're better off going to planet fitness. Any maintenance issues you have fix it yourself b/c she won't turn the work orders in. Was told you can't live and work for Wooda but her and the cleaning lady does. If you're looking for a weed partner, she'll be happy to join you. The monthly inspection never happen. If you want to practice your graffiti skills, pick a hallway. No point in sending an email to complain to the info@wooda email address, they will just sent to her with no consequences.
Brand new building, spacious 2 bedroom, huge closets. Maintenance is awesome. However....everyone has the same lease agreement, but it must be up to the leasing manager as to who has to abide by what rules. Seems to be a pick and choose about following them. I get a notice that my friend needs to leave or be put on my lease IN 48 HOURS, or I need to vacate. Same friend goes to another resident and is STILL staying in that apartment now6 weeks, in same building. No notice, no issue for them. At least 4 other residents have people living with them, have been since I moved in. They're still living there. No problem for them. It's like a high school; gossip, lies, drinking on the porches or in carseveryday. Squeekiest wheels getting....whatever. In my opinion.....do not move here. Overdoses, gunshots, random people parked in the lot "talking". I do not feel safe
I have lived at The Banks at Berkley for 1year. I moved here because the apartment was accommodating for my husband who is totally disabled. My issue is the rotted wood from the rainwater that come in through balcony door. These problems were reported and are on going, I have yet to have someone to address my issues to have these problems repaired. I have spoken with Property Manager as well as the regional Manager Crystal Jamrozek, who by the way has never taken the time to come and walk through the building. This is just a small portion of what's happening in this building. There are major water leaks, tenants with mold infested units and water plagued walls and ceilings. The company had decided on a rent increase which is fine just make repairs.
Don't expect any communication from this company. I have called daily for nearly the past two months about my security deposit. We left our unit in very good shape and always paid rent on time. The resident future, present or past should not have to try to jump through so many hoops to receive a $700 security deposit from a multi-million/billion dollar company.
I am still waiting on the regional manager to call me back for a money order that their manager lost of mine. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Anyone reading this please give me advice, besides also I am contacting the BBB. 10/25/22: Now they respond online after I called the corporate office regional manager over 8 -10 times to respond to my calls. I really think you should re-evaluate and train your corporate to show compassion to the tenants that managers that are keeping your company a float. You guys are operating due to your tenants and your managers. I read the reviews, they are not satisfied either. I pray you all find a little compassion for us, because this incident for me was a bit much and unnecessary problem for me due to the fact I found my receipt, but your office lost the money order wasn’t cashed. How do you prevent things like that from happening again? I’m really disappointed..
Corporate you should be ashamed of yourself how you did the Property Manager at Sustainable Fellwood II!! I’ve been a resident for years and no one has ever ran the property the way Sarah Rivers has! She definitely put in the work to make sure the property was safe and ran as smooth as it does. I’m sad to see her go but I’m even more upset how this company has treated her as a Manager. I’ll be putting in my 30 day notice this week! I refuse to be living in apartments where not only Corporate doesn’t value an hard working employee but I also know that it’s going to be an unsafe environment as well without her. I hope this company doesn’t run Dre off since he’s the only Maintenance Tech doing work orders. Sarah please know you’ll be truly missed and we appreciate all that you’ve done to help Sustainable Fellwood. This company can go to hell!!!
Absolutely the WORST management I’ve ever experienced!!! Here at Mason Greene apartments in Monticello Ky, we haven’t seen or been able to get ahold of management in over a month! Some even without power due to not receiving their utility reimbursement checks! Something needs to be done NOW!!! Let’s not even mention my sister had a move in date she was HOMELESS and they ghosted her!
I have been trying to reach someone above the woman that works in the office of the property that I rent from. I have been treated very foul. I paid almost 2 grand to keep my apartment for my children and I then about a week later I get a text from the lady in the office stated I’m being evicted. She then said that the writ never ended. I called the court house and they told me there was nothing in her system and that everything had been closed. Well today I get a paper stating I have to move in 24hrs. No where on it does it say a writ to quit or anything. Then I’m being told I missed court which I did not. The lady in the office then told me I’m not allowed to contact her or go in the office. I’ve never threatened her I have every message sent to and from. This is the 4th time the lady in the office has gave me a wrongful threat of eviction. But if im not allowed in the office or to contact her what am I supposed to do. There’s so much more that has been done but is going unnoticed. This is the most unprofessional management team that I have ever dealt with. How am I being evicted after giving them almost 2grand?
