Bad experience.  There advice had me scared. Did everything on my own and it was much less and i had no problems.  They should really investigate on what is really necessary for helping out the community.  I got the impression it was all about the "ALMIGHTY DOLLAR $$$$". Bad experience i wont recommend no one to that facility.
