Our company was improperly billed. The service and customer service was beyond terrible. Pretty sure their billing department is ran by a donkey. They sent us to collections for a balance that was never owed. You can't reason with them or even speak to someone. The company will probably fold in the future as I can't imagine how an organization could survive in such a manner.

I have been with out phone service for 5 days now, I have called several times every day and not one person could give me a realistic reason why we lost service and why they can not restore it. Birch has been very good about not keeping me in the loop with what is going on or when we will be able to have our service restored. If you have a business and are in need for phone service I would do your home work with Birch. I have been extremely frustrated with their ability to tell me what I want to hear and not do what they are hired to do and that is to provide service.
While I am writing this I have been on hold for 52 minutes with no end in sight to a resolution. I am watching my revenues plummet do to the fact we are a business that depends on phone service to create revenue. Could your business survive with out phone service for 5 days or more?

If I could select 0 stars I would have. This is by far the WORST service provider on the market. Our rep who promised us the moon & stars and assured us the horrible reviews on this company were a thing of the past disappeared after 2 weeks. We asked several times for someone to assist us with all the "features" we were promised and of course no one has yet to assist with that...it's been a year. We are a small, private medical office with a staff of 3 and our phone bill for 2 lines and internet is $495! In addition we moved our office and it took a month to get the CORRECT paperwork sent to me then took 3 months for the lines to be up and running. They failed to do a walk through to see exactly what was needed in our new office and also failed to tell me they don't run the lines once they're up so now we have to find another vendor who will run the lines so we can have phone service. For the last 3 months we have been paying for services we do not have and they have no issue collecting that money even though they are the reason we have not had service. I'm not sure why this company is still allowed to do business. My hope in writing this review is to serve as a warning to other companies. Do not believe the complaints have been resolved...they have not. Do not believe the complaints are a thing of the past...they are not. We are seeking legal counsel to try and get out of the contract. Please do not do business with this company.

I see a few reviews from the less than .001 of people who have had an issue with these people. The other tens of thousands of people don't bother to post anything, because it just works. Count me as one of those tens of thousands. Never had a single problem with this company or their service, and I just now called in with a pretty difficult question. They weren't able to answer it right away, but I got a call back not even 15 minutes later with an answer that will allow my business to make more money. FANTASTIC business, FANTASTIC people. I can't say enough good things about CBeyond. I'll be a customer for life.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. In fact, I am currently sitting on hold.... now for over 57 mins. I am DISGUSTED with this company. Put in an order over a week ago - still NOTHING. Called repeatedly, confirmed, I am IRATE. I've asked for a supervisor, and instead got placed on indefinite HOLD.
I expect this will be a contract we will be severing very, very soon....
