Horrible customer service. Fail to send a box for returning equipment, stated the return was not necessary, no contact for over 3 months, and then began continuous automated phone harassment while still failing to send an equipment return box.

WARNING! while this company was initially cheaper than Comcast that was only for about four months. This company is not worth the money no matter what they charge. Their internet has been intermittent since day one. The 25mbps promised never reaches past 15 during the day. All of my recorded TV shows will not play and the informed me that I will have to download applications from their website in order to find my shows and watch them. If your HOA mentions switching to Hotwire fusion it might be time to move.

Love this company. Best internet, cable TV, phone and security provider hands down. Tech and customer service are knowledgeable, polite and prompt..
