They do not get back to you, take weeks long to get paperwork completed, and do not give you what they charge the insurance company for.  
And what kind of business on deals in cash,in this day and age?

Really nice people but they do not take any kind of credit, debit or health savings card, only cash or check.  This is a serious deficit in a company doing business.  Heck, even Joe Schmoe at the farmer's market can take a credit card.  It's too bad because the people are nice.
