Horrible customer service, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism in regards to an order of necessary medical supplies for my special needs daughter. Customer service and follow through has been on a steadily decline over the last couple years, but this past month had me at my breaking point. It took upwards of 15 phone calls between starting an order, receiving faulty tracking numbers, (two weeks / two different tracking numbers – nothing arrived), and in the end when a box did arrived we received the wrong products. To make matters worse, instead of rectifying the situation, my phone calls were then screened and/or not returned forcing us to purchase the items out of pocket from another vender. I went in person to talk to the manager with my frustration and concerns and was instantly met with a contentious attitude. Rather than give me two minutes of her time she said it was her lunch, and would be back in an hour if I wanted to wait. I asked why I hadn’t heard from the owner as I had requested multiple times, her final comment to me before walking out was “he’ll call you when he wants to”. I never heard from him. Save yourself the stress and do not trust Adderson with your medical supply needs.

Wow! What a great company to work with! Working with a company based in Idaho while being in Oregon was made so easy, thanks to Adderson! Very thoughtful and concerned with the customers experience and needs. The product was high quality and the service I received was remarkable!

As a healthcare provider it is especially important to be aware of good medical supply companies.  Adderson Healthcare has proven to be not only that, but also one of great customer service. This is the place I recommend to all of my patients who always report being very satisfied with both the products and customer service.
