I received excellent service from National Medical Solutions when I needed a brace for my knee. During my visit, they spent a lot of time with me, bringing  in several different types of knee braces for me to try on. They made sure the fit was correct and that I was happy with my choice before I left. They were upfront with the prices and had already contacted my insurance to make sure I had coverage for the brace before I even arrived. I would recommend this business to anyone wanting excellent, professional care and service.

Sent my bill to collection agency without contacting me after insurance paid.  Simple phone call that they had on file could have avoided this pain.  Requested a call back by manager and they never did.

I have had two knee surgeries and National Medical Solutions has provided my braces, cold therapy units, and crutches both times and cannot be more thankful for them!
