Robin was professional and was welcoming; she was the reason we went with Norco to begin with. We had a bit of a medically complicated situation but Tim Mendenhall, our RT, understood that although we "just" came in for a CPAP, the cognitive and physical landscape can be much more complicated than it appears on the surface. His initial careful and thorough explanations, thoughtful questions and suggestions, and sensitive manner were all very much appreciated. He went above and beyond in time and understanding; his receptiveness to resolving challenges was superb. RT Tim was composed with utmost patience throughout these challenges --and this, especially, did not go unnoticed. Breath of Life is critical to a person--so is Heart. Thanks, Tim.

What a great, personable, place to take care of your medical equipment needs. I was really well taken care of when being fitted with a CPAP machine. Susan M took her time explaining everything to me & making sure I knew how to use all components! In addition, she is working kindly with me during the difficult process of getting used to this sleep therapy. I am really impressed with her customer service!! Thanks!

I told them I would be paying for an ankle brace. They gave me a price to pay. I was clear with them I have a high deductible insurance and I would end up paying all of it, so give it to me straight a bottom line cost. They game me a price and said that was it. They took my payment. They then billed my insurance for a max charge. When they called my insurance company I was under the impression they were adjusting the price, like I see on an explanation of benefits, not finding out the max amount they could charge it. So later I get a bill in the mail for another large sum. Terrible service and shady. I am fighting this. The same ankle brace is on Amazon for $20.11, they charged me around $61 for it. I will never use there services again.

Like their product selection ....but .....their customer service seems to be deteriorating...I bought a machine with two accessories missing which they were supposed to send by mail and three weeks latter still nothing..... Not so easy to reach them on phone.. Hope to get this resolved!!!

Mateo is AMAZING. I work at the Discovery Center of Idaho and we use Liquid Nitrogen for science demonstrations, and we realized at 4pm on Sunday that we had ran out and needed some for a live TV segment the next morning (Monday) at 7am.
So Mateo met me at 6:30am on Monday morning to deliver the LN2 for the KBOI Channel 2 news segment.
