Bennett Medical Services

My friend got a prescription for a wheel chair. We drove to their office and there was a sign on the door that said they were out doing deliveries and to call a certain phone number for assistance. I called the number, and after being on hold for 22 minutes, I was told a manager would call me back. Never got a call! Seriously? Is this a 1 person office? There is no local phone number to call? Do we have to make an appointment? Very poor service!

Met with a gentleman named Roger today who could not have been nicer. He works very hard to take care of the customer, even if the insurance, companies or doctors make it nearly impossible.

It took Bennett medical services eight weeks to get a walker for me after my back surgery. I needed the walker as soon as I got home from the hospital. When I called and asked what was the delay they said it was my doctor's office fault. When I call my doctor's office they assured me that my paper work was submitted correctly to Bennett medical services and the problem was at there end.

I love everyone that I have came in contact with. The staff made me feel comfortable and secure in a very frightening. :edit then everything changed

This is not my google account, its my sons but I just wanted to post something about Bennett Medical.......Poor very poor customer service cant even give them a one star!! I just got a bill from 2/2016?? Really, they tried to blame my insurance company, not true its them, they don,t know how to do their job!!
