Service is always fantastic. I was able to call in and have several questions answered about my cPap.Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable while I explained what was wrong with my mask. Very friendly staff. I will be recommending your branch to others

I needed some products to help me with a new medical diagnosis. After looking at several different places, I found the best prices at Norco. The staff was extremely warm and helpful in assisting me in selecting the best options for my needs.

There are a lot of negative reviews. My experience was fantastic. I had to go get a CPAP, I called on Wednesday, and they scheduled me an appointment for that Friday. When I arrived they immediately got me into an empty room, and someone was with me within 5 minutes. They explained everything very well and made sure I knew how to use the equipment, and that I had no other questions. I will definitely be getting all my equipment from them.

I have changed my original (negative) review. While there have been issues along the way, when I have brought the issues to the attention of the Norco staff, they have responded quickly. I believe that most of the issues have been with miscommunication. However this morning, I stopped by to get assistance and the issue was resolved immediately and professionally.

I & my son are both C-Pap users, & use Norco. We made an impromptu stop Sat. (big mistake) to inquire on travel C-Paps for a fast approaching trip. There was just one person working in C-Paps. One man did try as best he could( seeing we'd waited over half hour) & let the RT know we'd been in non-C-pap seats (those seats were full when we entered). We never did get information other than to look at them on the display shelf. I don't think ANYBODY there knows much about the travel machines, as I've asked about them on other visits. Their system is screwy too--they take people in order of the seats you are sitting in-NOT by name, or position of arrival. The RT's have all been great. The reception & check out staff - -not so much, on this or other visits. I always leave feeling as though I've been a bother to them. Considering a change.
