Central Baptist Church - Round Rock

This church has been our church home since it’s beginning. The pastor, Mark Westerfield, has such a passion for Jesus’s Love for All mankind and Shares his soul in his sermons that he is just a man called to preach the word but is just like you and me, born in the flesh and having to deal with it on daily terms. How real can you get? That is what our church is All about, people walking around with real lives, but some of us have hearts that have been changed by the man named Jesus and He is the One that is our Helper, Redeemer, and Giver of new and Renewed life Daily....we are the ones that have to make the choices moment by moment of how we want our journey, our steps, —— these moments we choose to follow His words and His directions to make an impact in our lives and others around us. Simply said, Be real, be kind, be loving, be caring, Be His example.... of His arms, feet, hands, shoulders, heart, tears....something that makes a change/difference for others to KNOW HIM TOO❤️‼️✝️🙏. I hope this might inspire you to step foot in our humble building. We call it home.

My family and I have been attending Central for 10 years. I grew up in a Mega Church and it took a little adjustment for me to get used to a more personal and one on one relationship with Mark and the staff. I can honestly say that our best relationships and friends have all come from Central and the ABF groups that are offered. Being called by name as we walk down the halls by the staff makes us feel very welcomed and encourages us to want to serve in the church. The kids programs are great as well and we feel confident our children are learning about God and being influenced to enjoy the relationship they have with HIM.

It's a family friendly church, with a close relationship with Round Rock Christian Academy (on the same grounds).

I LOVE Central! This is the church I grew up in, the church I was married in and the church I am raising my kids in. The pastoral staff is like family to me. Central is home.
