Central Florida Treatment Center

I have been on methadone for about 18 yeàŕs 14 of which were at the semeron clinic. It was terrible.I have been at this clinic for 4 years and it is wonderful. They do have rules but not unreasonable. If you follow them, you won't have a problem. My counselor is Pedro and he is wonderful.

Carolyn Hill runs this Clinic like it's her personal torture Center. If she doesn't like you she will throw you out. She enjoys seeing medicaid patients have to seek treatment at another clinic where they have to pay cash. She is very transparent with this and not afraid to tell you that's exactly what she's doing. She is holding a position required by law to hold a PHD but she is a LPN! How there corporate office allows and gets away with this. She needs to be not only fired but brought up on charges for medical malpractice and abuse. How an LPN gets away with this can only be a poorly run corporation that feeds on cash patients. Medicaid patients are treated horribly even locking the door of the business until you show cash to pay saying medicaid didn't pay your bill. When medicaid was contacted proof of $10k in payments to them were provided.

This place is awesome if u want to truly be clean and the reason people dont like karol because she wants people who are clean not taken it till they make

As a patient at this facility , I must say that the nurses are great but need a bunch of work on the respect for patient department. I love my counsellor because he listens and helps me out very much, and respects me. They have a way of making you feel like a nobody. I have been pushed around by staff there, have had them literally stand and argue with me....lol, over many things that are unacceptable for a professional facility that is to help people get back on track in life. It's pretty impossible to do in this type of environment. I give respect, I expect it back!
