I saw Dr.Tom Dingle & his staff on 8/1320. I was frightened going into this appointment as I assumed I was going to have to have cataract surgery. A kind and caring member of his staff did all the pre-op. I was extremely anxious, but she was calm and patiently reassuring.Dr.Tom Dingle took his time explaining that I did not need surgery at this time and why. I very highly recommend this practice and Dr. Tom Dingle in particular to anyone who may be facing eye surgery of any kind.
I would rate this company fairly high for the surgery but their billing procedures and office staff are utterly incompetent they overbill me issuer a refund and go ahead put on my credit for not paying a bill anyways. 5 years trying to get straight only frustrated. Check your bill. Then check again!
