I was a little unsure about going here based on the reviews. Not the quality but the wait. I was unsure to the point I brought my pc and intended to do work before my appointment. My experience was exceptional. I was a new patient but was taken back to the exam room before I was done with my paperwork. Service was great, thorough, well done. Doctor explained everything and even having had multiple tests done, was finished in about an hour. Very impressed with the staff, their professionalism and their expertise, will definitely make Northwest my eye care provider of choice going forward. Great job!
After having an eye issue that became so painful I couldn't be in any light. I finally got in for an appointment several weeks later only to find out there had been a contact stuck in my eye for severals week. As others mentioned I also waited forever in multiple waitings at each appointment. At the time the contact was removed I had bifocal contacts. It was told to stay away from contacts and just but "cheater" glasse.s. I avoided paying the final part of my payment because I was so upset. I got a proper diagnosis and will send them their payment today against my better judgement.
First Appt was good - saw a doctor within 20 minutes of my actual appointment time. Second Appt horrible, 1.25 hours after Appt time I arrived on time and still haven’t seen a doctor. Will not be returning.
Dr Dan Brown should be recognized for his outstanding commitment to excellence. Courtesy, knowledge and going above and beyond with his patients care are some of many traits we should recognize. Minimal pain and comfort, explain thoroughly every step of the surgery he’s performing and also the best result. Dr. Brown was my dad’s doctor and I just love his treatment compromise to the best. I would highly recommend Dr Brown as the best eye surgeon I have ever met. Thanks a lot
I have been going to Northwest Eye Surgeons for nearly 8 years. Dr Whitaker diagnosed my glaucoma and has kept it from progressing with medication and vigilance. If waiting is necessary, I’m fine with it. I’ve always had to wait at previous eye doctor appointments so this is not unexpected. I won’t trust my vision anywhere else.
30 minutes late getting back to a room with no explanation or apology.Sent to another waiting room for 15 minutes. Spent five minutes with the doctor then shipped back to the waiting room. Stop there for a few minutes then was ushered into an exam room I stopped there for 15 minutes before another doctor showed up to actually do the exam. If you enjoy sitting in Waiting rooms, this is the doctor's office for you
Friendly staff and expert doctors. Dr. Rogers removed a lump on my eyelid, and my eyelid looks great. Quick, professional and minimal pain. Thank you!
Professionally, they provide good service. However, they are horrible at not having any consideration for patient's time. I had to wait an hour and a half before I was finally seen by an ophthalmologist. Most of the people in the waiting room appear to be retired and don't have any time commitments so it doesn't appear to bother them or the staff. However, my time is just as valuable as the ophthalmologist's and would appreciate such consideration in future. For those of you with time to waste, enjoy a good book War and Peace while waiting during your next visit!
Extremely thorough and well organized doctors and staff. Dealing with your eyes is very critical. No room for error. My experience was excellent with very good results. The surgery center is next door and that was a very good experience as well. Nice to have a quality group of professionals for such a delicate area.
Alana was so helpful with ordering contacts and called multiple times updating me with when they would arrive!
