I just had a fantastic 5 star customer service experience worth sharing. The AC system that we had installed in our home back in February wasn't functioning at 100% of it's potential so I contacted Nick our sales specialist, who is absolutely fantastic to work with. He immediately got on the phone and had the scheduling desk contact me to schedule an appointment. That's when I met their shining star Tech Damon! He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and everything is working perfectly! He is a smart young man and if you have the opportunity to ask for him by name I would recommend that you do! I am a local District Manger with 9 locations and I use this company not only at my home, but at all of my stores too! They are fair, prompt and get the value of outstanding customer service! I called late on a Thursday afternoon to figure out how to get someone out for service on a heat pump that wasn't working properly. Expecting to get someone by Monday at the earliest I was extremely impressed and relieved that they were sending someone that evening. Damon came out with a smile and full of knowledge. He worked until past dark to try and diagnose the problem and then came back for the actual repair this week. All in all I am very impressed with the service and I cannot recommend them enough. Damon truly went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough.

CO Heating sent someone to address the problem I was having in an appropriate timeframe. Chad was friendly and professional. He communicated what he found and what he did to fix the issue. The job was completed quickly. I can't think of a thing they could have done better.

We have been using Central Oregon Heating & Cooling for about 4 years now and beer very pleased. They come regularly and take care of everything. The tech (Leon Joseph) is always friendly and offers words of advice regarding our heat/air unit.

Our furnace prematurely went bad and I was up and running with a great upgrade installed in a highly professional manner within 48 hours. I couldn't ask for more from my HVAC answer in Redmond and they will be my answer for any and all future needs.
