Central Pacific Bank

CPB has great hours and used to be a really great bank. I have had many good experiences at other CPB branches, but at the Manoa branch some employees are discourteous and disrespectful. Admittedly, I have only done business there late in the day, and maybe that explains why they seem so unhappy and annoyed at having to do their jobs. I would avoid this branch or go there in the morning if possible.

Not sure why there are low reviews for the manoa branch. I believe in the energy you put out is what will be given back. I have banked at different hours during the day including weekends. By far my favorite bank and will travel to bank there. I am greeted with a smile and welcome every time regardless if they are with a client or not. Great customer service.
