I just had the most magical plant buying experience! This isn't necessarily the place to buy a ton of violas for pots. Go here when you want to find unique, special, beautiful plants and flowers for your garden. Amazing advice and service lovingly given by the Japanese owner. She starts almost every plant that is sold here herself. If you are a gardener, you will fall in love with this nursery.

Excellent in person customer service, from very knowledgeable owner. I have been a regular customer for a couple of years, year round. Every plant I have bought has been in mint condition.

If you like big box stores, don't go here. If you want to be told what to like by a large distributer, you'll not be happy here. You will find a large variety of plants in many forms. If bonsai is your thing, they have it. You may just find a diamond in the rough to start from scratch. Great customer service with a wealth of knowledge.

WOW!!!!!! - TERRIBLE customer service! A phone representative who spoke VERY little English answered the phone when I called the store - impossible to understand her AT ALL! -- When she couldn't understand ME she hung up on me!!!! - Wouldn't you think a person hired to answer the phone would want to speak and understand English so that your customers needs are better served? Just a thought.
