I had never heard of the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station (CWES) until recently when I stayed the weekend with a conservation organization. I was amazed at the size of it the lodge we stayed in could sleep over a 2 dozen people comfortably and there were multiple lodges. They were very beautiful with fireplaces and log furniture I would highly recommend you stay their no matter what time of the year it is.

Beautiful and essential for children and adults alike! Everyone is very nice, the food is good, and their programs rock!
