CentraState Family Medicine Residency Program

Called to make an appointment today and the Receptionist was so rude, I asked her if she had anything available for a Wednesday(thinking they have an AM apt) she only had an afternoon available which didn’t work with my work schedule so I asked for another day and she answer “but you asked for this day” I know which day I picked but the time didn’t work! Every time I come here the receptionists are RUDEEEEEE!!!! I think this whole facility needs new employees with better attitudes!

What a terrible place!!! Receptionist are rude , obnoxious , it’s more like chill time at home then actually working. Place completely crowded due to inexcusable over booking!!!!! Made my appointment, showed up earlier and they still tried to tell me my wait was almost 2 hours. TWO HOURS. Worst place everrrrrrr.

Horrible experience walk in and you have to stand in line ;first time iv ever seen that .Place was disgusting dirty and days later I got a bill in the mail that I didn't pay my co pay that I did pay or else I wouldn't have been seen .

Dr Kruse is an excellent doctor I wouldn't see any other and I'd recommend him to anyone. as well as nurses. The front desk however, are very disrespectful. Busy or not left on hold for ten minutes just to Ask them to tell my dr to call me when he has a moment , to contact me asap. But got a snobby answer. Too busy. Can't take down that short message and litterally hung up on me
